Guardians of the County Bed Race Team 2022
Employees of Guardian Security will once again participate as a team in the Family Promise of Whatcom County Bed Race, an annual event that raises money to support children and their families experiencing homelessness in Whatcom County.
We’re excited to be a Checkered Flag Sponsor for this year’s Bed Race, which will take place on June 26 at the Civic Athletic Complex parking lot from 2 PM to 4 PM. Our Guardians of the County team is eager and ready to compete against other local teams who share our passion for this cause. We even used last month’s multisport Ski to Sea race for training!

About Family Promise
Family Promise is a national organization cultivated at the local level. Interfaith Coalition opened a local affiliate, Family Promise of Whatcom County, to further empower families experiencing homelessness and help them find their way to stable housing.
The Family Promise of Whatcom County Bed Race helps families experiencing homelessness work their way to a home of their own. In 2021, the 4th annual race raised over $26,000 through donations and sponsorships to support children and their families experiencing homelessness in Whatcom County.
